Prime Spot Real Estate
Type: Brand Design & Guidelines
Tools: Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
Prime Spot needed a strong, professional identity to represent their presence in the real estate market. With a tight deadline and a clear direction, I was brought on to create a logo and brand assets that felt trustworthy, clean, and property-focused.
The branding process for Prime Spot began with fast-paced ideation. Given the tight turnaround, I moved quickly from rough sketches to refined concepts, exploring a wide range of type treatments, logomarks, and layout combinations.
My goal was to balance elegance with clarity - essential qualities for a brand in the real estate market. You can see from the initial sketch work and typography exploration how the direction evolved. I tested different ways of representing “spot” - using location pins, letterforms, and geometric symbols - eventually landing on a minimal monogram that subtly merges the ‘P’ and ‘S’ into a clean, versatile icon.
Once the final direction was selected, I created a brand stylesheet that included logo variations, a defined colour palette, and typography styling - giving Prime Spot a strong visual identity it could immediately apply across digital and print.
The result is a clear, professional identity that gives Prime Spot a strong starting point. The branding is simple, flexible, and sets a solid foundation for future marketing. Despite the fast turnaround, the client received a complete, usable system that matched their vision and timeline.
